In The Beginning

According to the Bible, Genesis 1:1 says " In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth"

In this verse we can see God as a creator. The Greek word for 'create' is Bara. Which means to form from nothing. Where as the Greek word for 'made' is Asha or sasa which means to form from something that is already created. Everything was created before it was made. Creation describes only to God. It means God is supreme . In the second verse it is been written that " Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep and the spirit of God was hovering over the waters" . As we can see it is written that it was formless and empty . Anything that God makes is never formless and empty. Then why it is written in the book ? According to Ezekiel 28:11-19 Satan had rebelled against God and had proclaimed that he is like God. So God threw him on earth . So now we know that wherever there is an existence of Satan the place is always unstable and void. It is also written in Genesis 1:2" the spirit of God was hovering over the waters". It is the first time we can see something has been spoken about the Holy Spirit. God says in the third verse" let there be light, and there was light."

God saw that the light was good and He separated the light from darkness. God called the light day and the darkness He called night and the first day came to an end. On the second day the God divided the vapour above from the water below. So God created the sky and the second day came to an end. On the third day God said, let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry grounds appear. And so God called the dry grounds "land," and the gathered waters He called "seas". And God saw that it was good. Then God made trees and plants of all kinds and the third day came to an end. On the fourth day God made the Sun for the day and the Moon for night and due to Sun and Moon the seasons, days and years were created. It is for the first time we can see that God had created the "time". Time doesn't apply to God but it does apply on us and so the fourth day came to an end. On Fifth day God created living creatures in the water and the sky. God blessed them and then He said be fruitful and so the fifth day came to an end. And on sixth day God created all the living creatures on the land. Then God said let "us" create man. As 

we can see that there is an emphasis given on us. And so it explains that it is been talking about the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Then God formed the man from dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living being. And so the sixth day came to an end. And on the seventh day God rested. Now God had planted the garden in the east, in Eden and there He put the man He had formed. In the middle of the garden there was a tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

According to Genesis 2:18"The lord God said it's not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him." Then the God brought all of the animals and birds to Adam to see what name he would give to them. So Adam gave names to all the creatures but for him no suitable helper was found. So God caused man to fall into a deep sleep and while he was sleeping He took one of his ribs and closed up place with flesh. Then God created woman from the rib of a man and He brought her to the man and the man said this is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh. She shall be called woman, for she was taken out of a man. And so God gave him the command over all the animals. And then He said that you are allowed to eat any fruit from the garden but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil for when you eat from it you will surely die. 

-God first created everything the man needed and then He created man.

-God had already thought about the helper the man needed even before he had thought about it .That shows the character of our God. He knows about our needs before even we know about our needs. 

-Everything that God said had been created. God created everything with the word of his mouth except for man. God created man with His own hands. That shows how valuable we are in the eyes of God.
